Prenatal Visit & Support
During the prenatal visit(s)* I will meet with you to review your birth plan/wishes and discuss your questions, concerns, and preferences for your upcoming labor and birth. One visit is required* and additional are optional. You can also reach out to me throughout your pregnancy as needed.

Labor & Delivery
I am on call and ready to support you in labor 24/7. When you are in active labor, I will meet you where you are planning to deliver. I specialize in techniques that are known to shorten the length of labor, ease your labor discomfort and help to reduce anxiety or fear. I am trained to identify what may cause challenges during your labor and birth process in order to help you develop strategies to correct them and so much more! I will be with you throughout your labor, delivery, and two hours postpartum.
