Birthing Support

Vaginal Birth/VBAC

  • Initial Interview

  • Access to my resource library.

  • I am available to you and your birthing partner by phone, text, and email with a 48 hour response time window until 37 weeks.

  • I will be available to you or your birthing partner 24/7 from 37 weeks-42 weeks.

  • Two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits. ​

  • I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire labor and birth.

  • Immediate postpartum support.​

  • Two postpartum appointments totaling at least two hours.

  • Additional hours available​

Cesarean

  • Initial interview

  • Access to my resource library.

  • I am available to you and your birthing partner by phone, text, and email with a 48 hour response time window your whole pregnancy.

  • Two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits or Two 1-hour virtual visits and One 2-hour in-person visit.

  • I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire birth.

  • I will meet you and your birthing partner at your home or hospital when we decide you and your birthing partner need me.

  • Immediate postpartum support.

    • Assisting with bonding and breastfeeding

  • Three postpartum appointments totaling three hours.

Postpartum Support

  • Support, education and hands-on help to ease the transition into parenting.

  • Promotion of physical recovery, education and assistance with newborn care, evidence-based information on infant feeding & lactation, strategies for soothing & sleep for the whole household, understanding of "The Baby Blues" & postpartum mood disorders

  • Care for other children & assistance with sibling transition

  •  Household organization, meal prep, light cleaning, grocery shopping & errands, and judgement-free companionship in and out of the house.
